We will agree a set of criteria by which the program will be judged, and collect metrics before and after its completion to quantify the impact it’s had on the culture and the bottom line.
Once the pilot is complete and you are satisfied with the results, we can discuss taking this program to more teams within the division.
This would also include an Agile Leadership programme for women, for men, and collaborative programs to develop partnership in further extending the cultural changes.
